Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ezeAds. By signing in or using ezeAds you accept them. If you use ezeAds for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for that business.

1. What ezeAds does

ezeAds uses AI to write ads, create images, launch campaigns to your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad account, and explain and improve results. ezeAds is not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Your account

• You sign in with Google and must keep your account secure.
• You must be at least 18 and give accurate business information.

3. Connecting Meta

• You may connect only ad accounts, Pages and Pixels you own or are authorised to manage.
• You authorise ezeAds to read your ad data and to create, pause or change ads and budgets only when you click to do so.
• You remain bound by Meta's Terms, Advertising Standards and Community Standards. Meta may reject ads or restrict accounts; ezeAds is not responsible for Meta's decisions.
• You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

4. Ad spend and money

All ad spend is billed by Meta directly to your ad account's payment method. You choose budgets and approve every launch and change. Budgets are shown in your local currency; live accounts always use their own Meta billing currency. ezeAds is not liable for money spent on ads you approve.

5. AI-generated content

AI suggestions, text and images can be inaccurate. Review everything before launching. You are responsible for making sure ads are truthful, legal, and do not infringe others' rights. Do not make claims (prices, discounts, results) you cannot back up.

6. No guaranteed results

Recommendations are based on data and common best practice, but we do not guarantee sales, leads, or returns.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use ezeAds for illegal, misleading, discriminatory or prohibited products or ads, to access accounts you are not authorised to use, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

8. Your content

You own your business information and ads. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Ending use

You may stop using ezeAds and request deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.

10. Liability

ezeAds is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, ad spend, or Meta account actions.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
