Privacy Policy

ezeAds ("we", "us") helps business owners create, launch and improve Facebook and Instagram ads. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using ezeAds you agree to this policy.

1. Information you give us

• Sign-in details: your name, email address and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
• Business profile: business name, description, website and social links, products, audience, goals, currency, time zone and language preferences.
• Content you create: ad drafts, text, instructions for images, and AI-generated images.

2. Information from Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Only if you choose "Connect my Meta account", and only with the permissions you approve on Facebook's consent screen, we access:

• Your ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and their performance results (spend, reach, clicks, purchases, leads).
• Facebook Pages and linked Instagram accounts you manage, and your Meta Pixels, so ads can be published from them.
• Basic business information needed to manage ads on your behalf.

Permissions requested may include ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_show_list and pages_read_engagement. We use this data only to show you your results, explain them in plain English, suggest improvements and create or change ads when you click to do so. We never post, spend or change anything without your action.

3. How we use information

• To run the app: show your health check, generate campaign drafts and images, and launch ads you approve.
• To generate AI suggestions. Relevant business details and ad results are sent to our AI provider solely to produce your results; they are not used to train public models by us.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.

4. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal or Meta data.
• We do not share Meta data with advertisers, data brokers or other users.
• We do not use Meta data for anything other than providing ezeAds features to you, in line with Meta's Platform Terms.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider. Meta access tokens are encrypted, kept on our servers only, never shown in your browser and never shared with other users. Each person can only see their own business, drafts and ad accounts. Images are kept in private storage.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run ezeAds (hosting, sign-in, AI generation), with Meta when you launch or change ads, or when required by law.

7. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Meta at any time from Settings, which deletes your stored Meta token immediately. You can also remove ezeAds from Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations.

Data deletion requests: email us at the address below with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account, business profile, drafts, images and Meta connection within 30 days and confirm by email. Ads already published to your Meta account remain in your Meta account and can be managed in Ads Manager.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

9. Children

ezeAds is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above. Significant changes will be shown in the app.
